  • If you cancel your booking more than 15 days before the scheduled session date, you are eligible for a partial refund.

  • Digital Files: Once delivered, digital files (photos/videos) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Special Arrangements: Costs incurred for special arrangements (e.g., travel, props, or additional equipment) are non-refundable.
